• United States & European Union: 6 to 9 business days.

Please note that these timeframes refer to the duration of transit from the point of dispatch to the final delivery address.

5. Delivery Discrepancies and Investigations

In the event that an order exceeds the standard transit timeframe, we take proactive responsibility:

• Resolution: Following the conclusion of the investigation, and based on the factual status of the shipment, we will provide either a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement dispatch at no additional cost to the customer.

For orders bound for the United States and the European Union, all applicable customs duties and taxes are fully pre-paid by sipmugly (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP). The price you pay at checkout is the final price, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
