2. Shipping and Delivery
   We provide international shipping services to our customers in the United States and the European Union.

Courier Partners: We collaborate with priority courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to facilitate the transit of your orders.

Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery typically requires 6 to 9 Working Days.

Tracking Updates: Automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase during key milestones, including order dispatch, arrival at local sorting facilities, and final delivery status.

Delivery Enquiries: Should an order exceed the standard transit timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the findings of the investigation, we will provide a full refund or a replacement dispatch as appropriate.

3. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
   In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive and relevant North American commercial standards, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with sipmugly until the moment you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the items. Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer upon successful delivery to the specified address.
4. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)
   If you are residing within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a justification.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement sent to mug@sipmugly.com.

Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, using the original method of payment.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods
   We maintain high standards for our product quality and fulfilment. If an item arrives in a damaged or defective state:

Notification: Please contact our customer assistance team at mug@sipmugly.com within 14 days of receipt.

Evidence: You are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Resolution: Once the evidence is verified, we will process a full refund or arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you. In these instances, there is no requirement for the damaged item to be physically returned to our facilities.

6. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
